A note about our Grow Club / VIP Program
Firstly, thank you to everyone who joined our Grow Club / VIP system and supported us while we tried to build something special for our regular customers.
We’ve decided to temporarily remove the Grow Club / VIP program from the website. The system just wasn’t working the way we wanted it to, and rather than leave you with a buggy or confusing experience, we’d rather pause it, fix things properly behind the scenes, and come back with something better in future.
Important for existing members:
If you were already part of the Grow Club / VIP program and were receiving specific discounts or benefits, we will still honour those discounts on request.
Just contact us before you place your order (or right after) with your name / email you used to sign up and we’ll make sure you receive the same discount you were on.
We’re really sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this change may cause, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
